Return Policy

At Archetype-X, every piece is created intentionally and printed on demand, specifically for you.

 

We do not mass-produce or hold inventory. When you place an order, you initiate a creation process—not a warehouse pull. Because of this model, our return policy is intentionally limited and designed to protect the sustainability of the collective while remaining fair and transparent.

Made-to-Order & Final Sale Items

All ARCHΣTYPE-X garments are made to order through a trusted third-party production partner.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:
•    Incorrect size selection
•    Color or style preference
•    Buyer’s remorse
•    Personal taste changes after delivery

 

Important color disclaimer:
Please note that colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to differences in monitors, device settings, lighting conditions, and the nature of the printing process. Such variations are normal and do not constitute defects.

Customer support & communication:
We encourage customers to contact us with any questions before placing an order to help ensure an informed purchase. Customers may also contact us after receiving their order if they have concerns about production quality or order fulfillment, subject to the policies outlined below.
Final sale & refunds:
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products and as a newly launched business, we do not offer refunds at this time.
Once production begins, the item cannot be altered, canceled, or returned.

Manufacturing Errors, Defects & Damaged Items

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, misprint, or is damaged during shipping, please contact us so we can help resolve it.
To submit a claim, email:
📩 support@archetypecollective.com
Include:
•    Your order number
•    A brief description of the issue
•    Clear photos showing the problem
What happens next
After we review your claim and submit it to our trusted third-party production partner:
•    You may be eligible for a replacement at no additional cost
•    Or a refund for the defective product, including applicable shipping, if our production partner determines the issue was their responsibility
•    You typically will not need to return the defective item for quality issues, unless specified otherwise by our  production partner or us during the review process, as our production partner standard policy does not require returns for defects. 
Note: Refunds are only offered in cases where the defect or damage is confirmed to be the responsibility of trusted third-party production partner. Otherwise, replacements are issued at our discretion.

Discretionary Size Exchange (Case-by-Case)

While all items are final sale, ARCHΣTYPE-X may, at its sole discretion, consider a one-time size exchange in limited cases.
To be considered:
•    The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition
•    The item must be approved for return after review
•    The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipping and reshipment
•    Once approved and completed, the exchange is final
Approval of any size exchange is not guaranteed and does not establish a precedent for future orders.

Important Notes

  • We cannot offer refunds for incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts due to customer error.

  • We do not offer size exchanges. Please double-check your measurements before purchasing.

  • All policies align with our trusted third-party production partner’s standard fulfillment policies.
